Nicole is a dedicated yoga and reformer Pilates instructor with a rich background in movement. After a decade performing as a professional dancer in productions around the world, she now channels her passion for mindful movement into her teaching. With over seven years of teaching experience and more than 500 hours of training across various styles—including Vinyasa, Rocket, Yin, Hot Yoga, Ashtanga, Restorative, and most recently, Reformer Pilates, Nicole brings both depth and diversity to her classes. Teaching at the yoga barn feels like coming home to Nicole and she’s so grateful to share this practice with such a special community.
