Join me on the mat in the lovely, tranquil space of the Yoga Barn.

My classes include a combination of stretches, breath work and relaxation designed to leave you feeling energised, clear of mind and ready to greet your day. I offer clear guidance to take you into and out of poses with the option of modifications to ensure that every body can benefit from every pose.

My approach to yoga rests on the premis that motion is lotion - whatever ails you, body or mind, can and will be eased by a gentle but moderately challenging practice.  My intention as your teacher is to guide your practice so that you reach a stage where, like me, your yoga becomes a lived experience, supporting and nurturing your life’s journey and helping you gain clarity, balance and altered physicality.

I began yoga almost 20 years ago specifically to help with migraine and stress.  As well as offering a toolkit of untried “remedies”, it raised questions I wanted to explore answers to and new concepts I wanted to understand.

I undertook my initial teacher training in 2014 in seasonal flow where I gained insight into the effects of the seasons on our bodies & minds and guidance in exploring new concepts. Further and ongoing training modules and courses include ashtanga, hatha, yin, “wise ones” and meditation.

I am blessed to learn from and to practise regularly with some wonderful teachers whose energy and knowledge I aim to share with you in class.

I look forward to meeting you.
